Terms and conditions
1. The Promoter is Portman Healthcare Limited trading as Portman Dental & Implant Clinic in Maidenhead, which is registered and incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06740579. Our registered office is at Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, GL52 3LZ.
2. The competition is open to new and existing patients of Portman Dental & Implant Clinic in Maidenhead aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Portman Healthcare Limited, their family or close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Only one entry will be accepted per person per method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. The competition will run from 12:00am on the 23rd February 2026 (the Opening Date) to 11:59pm on the 23rd March 2026 (the Closing Date) inclusive. After the Closing Date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. To enter the competition, Entrants must book a double appointment (dental examination with a dentist and a hygiene appointment with a hygienist) to be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a dental hamper prize; only double appointments qualify for entry.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is as follows: a hamper including one Philips Sonicare 7300 electric toothbrush; one Waterpik water flosser, one Philips Sonicare for Kids, two Tepe interdental brushes (x1 size 5, 1x size 6), two Oral B 123 Indicator toothbrushes, two Tepe Compact Soft toothbrushes, one pack Tepe Plaq-Search disclosing tablets, one pack Bamboo Piksters, one pack Dentocare Interdental Brushes, two packs Wisdom Interdental Brushes, one Wisdom Easy Flosser, one Oral B Essential Floss, one Oral B Satin Tape, eleven Gorilla Floss (pocket size samples) .
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable, subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The winner will be chosen at random by a manual draw from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
14. The winner will be announced on Portman Dental & Implant Clinic – Maidenhead's Instagram and Facebook page on the 27th of March 2026 as a post/story.
15. The winner will be notified via a call and email from the practice on the 27th of March 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement. The Promoter will only make contact via call and email, and the winner should check in the ‘spam’ section if they do not receive a message on the contact day. The Promoter will not ask entrants to click any links.
16. The Promoter will follow up with the winner by email to arrange collection in practice of the prize.
17. The prize winner will collect the prize from the Portman Dental & Implant Clinic in Maidenhead.
18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. The winner’s name will be available for 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: reception.maidenhed@portmandental.co.uk
22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
24. You are providing your information to Portman Healthcare Limited and not to any other party.
25. The only data we collect will be your name if you choose to enter the competition.
26. Names will only be used to randomly select the prize winner and will not be permanently stored outside of our Practice Management System.
27. The winner’s name will be stored and available for 28 days after the closing date as per point 20. After this point, they will be removed from outside our Practice Management System.
28. The competition is open to new and existing patients of Portman Dental & Implant Clinic in Maidenhead only.
