Gustavo qualified in Portugal in 2004 and continues to travel to Lisbon periodically to treat patients. He completed further training in implant dentistry and surgical periodontology in 2009 in both Portugal and London.

He works collaboratively with colleagues in the fields of peri‑implantitis management and full‑mouth rehabilitation, maintaining an interest in advanced restorative and surgical techniques.

Pranshu graduated in 1993 in Goa before undertaking further training in the UK in oral surgery. He has extensive experience working in hospitals and private practice, including involvement in research and teaching.

He joined Orchard Dental in 2017 and provides diagnosis and treatment for oral and dental conditions, jaw joint problems and facial pain. Pranshu carries out a wide range of oral surgical procedures, including wisdom tooth extraction, apicectomy, complex extractions and soft tissue surgery.

He also provides dental implant treatment, ranging from single-tooth implants to multiple implants and implant‑supported dentures. He is experienced in complex implant surgery, including bone and soft tissue grafting, sinus lift procedures and the management of peri‑implantitis. In addition, he provides root canal treatment and facial aesthetic procedures.

Pranshu was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1998 and is a visiting lecturer at BPP University, London.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, travelling, martial arts and cooking.

Ahmed is a Consultant and Specialist Orthodontist. He is currently Programme Director and Senior Lecturer for the Doctorate in Clinical Orthodontics at The Royal London and Queen Mary University of London.

He qualified as an orthodontist in 2013 after he completed his specialist training at the University of Glasgow, where he also worked as a Clinical Lecturer. He was awarded a PhD for research assessing the clinical effectiveness of different orthodontic appliances. After moving to London, Ahmed completed three years of advanced training at The Royal London Hospital to achieve consultant status.

Ahmed focuses on evidence-based orthodontics and has published research in scientific journals and presented at international conferences. He also examines for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and UK universities.

He provides orthodontic treatment for adults and children, including fixed metal and ceramic braces and Invisalign. His approach focuses on careful treatment planning and patient-centred care.

Dr Chris is a Specialist Orthodontist working in London and the South East of England. He trained in orthodontics at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital and Kingston Hospital in London. During his training, he was awarded an MSc from King’s College London and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He later completed higher specialist training in orthodontics and was awarded the Fellowship in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Since 2021, Chris has worked as an NHS Consultant Orthodontist at a London hospital, where he leads, trains and assesses trainee orthodontists. His clinical interests include dento‑facial orthopaedics and digital planning for jaw and facial surgery.

Chris’s work has been presented at national and international conferences and published in orthodontic and medical journals. He is also the author of a chapter in an orthodontic textbook, reviews submissions for the Journal of Orthodontics and supervises MSc research projects.

His clinical practice includes clear and metal braces, clear aligners, temporary anchorage devices, maxillary expansion, growth modification and early intervention orthodontics for children under 12.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys cycling, competitive rowing and outdoor swimming.

Dr. Ines Do Carmo is a general dentist with a special interest in orthodontics. She graduated from the Superior Institute of Health Sciences Egas Moniz in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2012 and has continued to expand her knowledge through postgraduate training and international dental congresses.

She has experience with a variety of orthodontic systems, including self-ligating metal and ceramic brackets, conventional ceramic, and sapphire brackets. Ines regularly updates her skills to reflect the latest developments in dental care.

Qualified in 2012, she has managed cases across different growth and developmental stages, focusing on patient-centred care and modern techniques.

Outside of dentistry, Ines enjoys reading, playing the guitar, and spending time with her family and two chow chows.

Keshari qualified BDS with Distinction from King’s College London in 1993. After completing one year’s vocational training, she spent two years as a Senior House Officer in restorative dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. She then enrolled in a two‑year master’s degree programme in endodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital, London, completing her MSc with Distinction in 1998.

She has focused her practice on endodontics since 1997 and gained entry onto the GDC Specialist List for Endodontics in 2001. Keshari has worked as a referral endodontist for several NHS Trusts and has also established two private endodontic referral practices. She receives referrals from general practice, community services and hospital teams.

Endodontics involves the management of infection within the dental pulp, commonly known as root canal treatment. Using modern techniques and an evidence‑based approach, Keshari aims to provide effective endodontic care tailored to each patient.

She was listed as an expert witness for the Dental Defence Union between 2005 and 2010.

Tania qualified from the Egas Moniz Institute in Lisbon in 2007 and also completed one year of training in Madrid at Universidade PIO X, where she received distinctions in paediatric and geriatric special care. She went on to complete a Master of Science (MSc) in periodontology in 2009.

Following this, Tania worked primarily in private practice while also contributing to her hometown hospital’s stomatology department, working alongside the surgical team. After moving to the UK, she completed a modular surgical periodontology programme and an implant residency, followed by an MClinDent degree in periodontology (Birmingham).

Tania focuses her practice on periodontology and takes an evidence‑based approach to managing periodontal disease, with an emphasis on identifying and addressing relevant risk factors. She has presented at a range of professional meetings and educational events, and works collaboratively with the hygiene, dental therapy and restorative teams to support long‑term periodontal health.

She provides non‑surgical and surgical periodontal treatments, including regenerative procedures, peri‑implant disease management, alveolar bone augmentation and plastic periodontal surgery.

David graduated from the University of Leeds in 1993 and worked in Bradford for a year after qualification. He moved to Orchard Dental in 1995 and became a partner in 1999.

He provides a broad range of general and cosmetic dental treatments, including fissure sealants, composite fillings, dentures and veneers. David takes an individualised approach to care and aims to offer minimally invasive treatment options wherever appropriate.

He values building long‑term relationships with his patients and providing continuity of care.

David lives locally and is married with two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, exercise and cars.

Mark studied dentistry at King’s College London and qualified in 1989. He initially worked in the maxillofacial departments at St George’s Hospital and Mayday Hospital (now Croydon University Hospital), where he developed his skills in surgical dentistry.

He joined Orchard Dental in 1995 and became a partner soon after. Throughout his career, Mark has undertaken ongoing professional development, including further study in endodontics and restorative dentistry.

Mark is a dentist with a special interest in endodontics and minimally invasive smile enhancement.

Outside of work, he is married with three daughters and enjoys football and cycling.

Jo qualified from Guys Hospital in 1985. Over the last 25 years Jo has continued her passion to deliver excellence in general dentistry, including 3 years with Her Majesties Forces. She joined Boots in Piccadilly circus when it opened, transferring to Maidenhead when she started her family. Jo is passionate about giving the best care for her patients. Finding long lasting solutions for patients’ dental needs has meant a (loyal) dedicated following over the 20+ years she has been practising.

Jo qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 1985. She has extensive experience in general dentistry, including three years serving with Her Majesty’s Forces. She later joined Boots in Piccadilly Circus when the practice opened, transferring to Maidenhead when she started her family.

Jo is committed to providing high‑quality care and building long‑standing relationships with her patients. Her calm and gentle approach is appreciated by many, including those who feel anxious about dental treatment. Natasha graduated from King’s College London in 2006 and has since gained experience in both NHS and private dental practices across the UK. She spent nearly a decade in Mauritius, where she ran her own private practice providing general dental care in a supportive environment.

Natasha enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a particular interest in supporting anxious patients and children. She is recognised for her clear communication and gentle approach, which many patients find reassuring. Her clinical focus includes preventive and minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry, with an emphasis on preserving natural tooth structure. Natasha also provides facial aesthetic treatments and is committed to ongoing professional development.

During her time in Mauritius, she was involved in community outreach, delivering oral health education to children and participating in free dental check‑up camps through Lions Club International.

Outside of dentistry, Natasha enjoys travelling with her family, outdoor activities with her two young sons, and long walks with her German Shepherd, Tyson. In her spare time, she also enjoys fitness, cooking and music.

Pooja graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2011. Since then, she has gained a postgraduate certificate in endodontics from the University of Chester. With extensive experience in general dental practice, Pooja enjoys all aspects of general dentistry.

She aims to support nervous patients and build long‑lasting relationships with those she cares for, creating a calm and comfortable environment during appointments. In addition to general dentistry, Pooja provides facial aesthetic treatments and Invisalign Go. She is committed to ongoing professional development and aims to use conservative techniques that help preserve tooth structure.

Pooja completed a year‑long comprehensive restorative course in 2021 with Dr Basil Mizrahi and is currently undertaking further training in implant dentistry.

Originally from Scotland, Pooja moved to England after getting married in 2021. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys long walks, going to the gym, home cooking, travel and has recently taken an interest in golf.

Lama joined the UK dental register in 2022 after qualifying in dentistry from Damascus University in 2013. She has several years of experience, including training in oral surgery, which has helped shape her broad clinical background.

She aims to create a calm and supportive environment for her patients and provides care tailored to individual needs.

Dr Milan graduated with honours from Cardiff University in 2019 with a BDS degree. He has undertaken a range of postgraduate courses in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and is currently enrolled in a Diploma for Clear Aligners with the City of London Dental School. He has a particular interest in composite bonding and porcelain work for both anterior and posterior teeth.

He utilises digital techniques such as 3D scanning and works closely with dental laboratories to support accurate planning and treatment. Dr Milan enjoys helping patients improve the appearance of their smiles and provides a range of treatments including clear aligners, composite bonding, veneers, teeth whitening and general dentistry such as crowns, bridges and composite fillings. He also emphasises the importance of functional oral health in supporting everyday comfort and wellbeing.

Outside the clinic, Dr Milan enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures. He is a keen skier, snowboarder and surfer, and also maintains a focus on wellbeing through healthy eating, meditation and yoga.
